The ballistic fist is one of the most powerful Unarmed weapons in the wasteland. Sometimes, enough power is transferred to the target to knock them down.
When punching, the pistons push the ram forward, smashing into the enemy. The power fist is a mechanical glove mounted with a hydraulic piston powered ram. It is rather cumbersome and slow, but very powerful. It is a heavy two-handed hammer, and contains a kinetic energy storage device to increase the knockback effect of the weapon.
